Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you buy from linevessa.shop.
These terms apply to every order placed at linevessa.shop. Please read them before you order. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under those rules.
1. Who we are
linevessa.shop is operated by MUG LIFE STUDIOS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document number L21000529414), 4310 W Whitewater Ave, Weston, FL 33332, United States, trading as LINEVESSA. 2. Who can buy
We sell to consumers aged 18 or over, for personal use, with a delivery address in one of the countries listed on our Shipping page. We do not sell wholesale or for resale.
3. Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can, with photographs, its size or capacity, material and care instructions. Each drawing is fitted to the piece it sits on, so the drawing may be placed slightly differently from one piece to the next. Props shown in lifestyle photographs (food, plants, furniture and other pieces) are not included unless the product description says so.
4. Prices and currencies
Prices are shown in the currency for your delivery country, always with its ISO currency code: USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, NOK or CHF. The price charged is the price shown in your cart when you place your order, plus the delivery cost shown at checkout. For deliveries within the United States, sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. For deliveries outside the United States, our prices do not include import VAT or customs duties; if these apply, the carrier collects them from you on delivery (see Shipping). If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we will tell you before we dispatch and you can confirm the correct price or cancel at no cost.
5. How the contract is made
The product pages are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you click the button to place your order and pay (“Place order and pay”), you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. You can review and correct your entries at every step before you place the order. The contract language is English; the shop is also available in German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Dutch, Spanish and Italian. We store the contract text, and you receive the order details and these terms by email.
6. Payment
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection; we never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place the order. Your bank statement will show LINEVESSA.
7. Delivery
We dispatch within 1–3 business days and send a tracking number by email. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times for each country are on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you have named; if a parcel is lost or damaged on the way, we replace it or refund you.
8. Cancellation, returns and the right of withdrawal
You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched. Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Consumers in the EU and the UK also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in full — with the model withdrawal form — on our Returns & Refunds page. You can withdraw online using our withdrawal function.
9. Faulty items and legal guarantee
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, we replace or refund it at no cost to you. Consumers in the EU and the UK benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from delivery. Consumers in the United States have the rights provided by the law of their state. We do not offer an additional commercial guarantee.
10. Promotions
We do not currently run discounts, promotions or discount codes. If we ever do, the conditions will be shown with the offer.
11. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Some states and countries do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Intellectual property
All drawings, photographs and texts on linevessa.shop belong to MUG LIFE STUDIOS LLC. Buying a piece does not give you the right to reproduce the drawing commercially.
13. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live. Consumers in the EU and the UK may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
15. Dispute resolution for customers in the United States
Arbitration and class action waiver. If you live in the United States and we cannot resolve a dispute informally, the dispute will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court, and not as a class action, class arbitration or representative action. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
You can opt out. Email support@linevessa.shop within 30 days of first accepting these terms with your name and the words “arbitration opt-out”. Opting out has no other effect on your relationship with us or on these terms.
This section does not apply to consumers who live outside the United States.
Please contact us first — most problems are solved with one email. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in the EU. The EU online dispute resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025.
16. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
